It is best to buy your tickets online now and get to your seat early, as there will be heavy traffic. The pre-parade entertainment starts at 8 am and the parade itself with the floats, gigantic balloons, marching bands, entertainers and more moves off at 9 am. Children need a ticket unless they are in a carrier or on an adult’s lap for the seated area but otherwise just bring down a blanket or lawn chairs so you can watch all the festivities along the route in comfort. There will be food trucks and vendors along the parade route.
