Saturday, June 10th, 2017 from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM at Houston Arboretum & Nature Center, 4501 Woodway Dr, Houston.
Enjoy a fabulous summer night in nature! Join Chris Bednarski from the Houston Zoo for a fun and relaxed talk about the spectacular diversity and surprising beauty of frogs. In particular, you’ll learn why frogs around the world are in danger, and what species you might have here in your backyard. While you learn, you’ll enjoy a selection of beers from Saint Arnold Brewing Company, light snacks, and Katz Coffee. After the talk, you’ll head out on the trails to search for frogs and other nocturnal critters. Wear walking shoes and weather-appropriate clothing. Hike guides will be carrying flashlights, but the trails will be dark. Admission is $45.00 (food and drinks included).
