Endangered! The Musical

Endangered! is an inspiring multi-cultural, international, multi-species musical about a social media savvy Kid reporter and some famous endangered animals from around the globe form a group they must survive an unexpected superstorm. The thrilling musical goes on when all are stranded at the zoo when the superstorm hits the city, the Kid and the endangered animals must quickly learn to adapt with each other, while working together to save themselves. Endangered! Has melodies that are renewable, and harmonies that are soothing, making this groundbreaking eco-musical uplifting and enjoyable for little creatures of all ages. This show is most appropriate for kids of the age 2 and above. Kids below the age 2 will not be permitted. The ticket cost ranges from $25-$49.75.

World Maker Faire

Step in for the 8th annual World Maker Faire with kids as they can experience hands-on making and innovation. Kids can acquire new skills and gain knowledge in healthcare, microelectronics, 3D printing, drones, robotics, arts and crafts, STEAM, VR, and more. The NYSCI village Zone Design will help kids to make and play with the NYSCI Makers. Take a stroll and look at on sculptures, race robots, make a pinball game, or take a turn through a giant Bernoulli maze. Kids can also take a look at Needle Arts, Wearable’s, Music, Crafts, Games, Raspberry Pi, Future of Food, Marshmallow Shooters, Robots, Aerial Sports League, Craft Activities Young Makers, Drones, Education, Scene Painting. There’s something for everyone to enjoy. Kids of all ages are welcome can come. The price ranges from $25-$80, free for children under age 3.

Hootenanny Art House Anniversary Celebration with Pete Sinjin and friends

Brooklyn’s beloved Hootenanny Art House is back with a bang and celebrates its 10 year anniversary! Join them for a whole lot of fun as they entertain you with loud music with Pete Sinjin and friends, dancing, art, a great big cake and lots more. Hootenanny is also here to say their deepest thanks to those who’ve helped them build their community of kids and families and artists and musicians into a neighborhood highlight. At this party, too big for the Hootenanny walls and hosted by the Bell House, sing, dance, eat a giant cake and watch an EPIC slideshow of ten years of Hootenanny children in action. This celebration is apt for kids of all ages. The price is $15 and free for kids below age 1.

Atlantic Antic

The largest street fest in New York City is the Atlantic Antic which covers almost a mile and spans four neighborhoods from 4th Avenue to Hicks Street.  The fest gathers over 500 merchants and vendors and ten stages of musical performances. For families and little kiddos there will be pony rides, storytelling, and face painting and an entire block full of amusements which can a paradise for your kids. The Antic features relishing food from around the world along with street fair favorites like funnel cake, sausage sandwiches, and roasted corn. They conduct programs such as Eddie “The Sheik” Koshak, Brooklyn United Marching Band, Dumpling Eating Contest, and much more programs. They have loads and loads of fun in store for kids of all ages. Free admission fees for food and some activities.

The Gazillion Bubble Show

The Gazillion Bubble Show is believed to be the most unbubblievable show in the world! Spot some bubble lovers and drop in to have some incredibubble experience, you could get washed with a bubble tide, and who knows you could be inside a bubble, too. Kids will love the mind-boggling bubble magic, spectacular laser lighting effects, and momentary soapy masterpieces that will make you feel like a kid at heart again. Gazillion Bubble Show’s appeal extends far beyond the stage, including appearances on The Oprah Winfrey Show, The David Letterman Show, Live with Regis and Kelly and praises from many more of them await to meet you. Lasers and strobe lights are used in this show so do not use clothing with sensitive fabrics such as silk, leather, etc in the theater as gazillions of bubbles will be blown into the audience. This show is appropriate for kids of all ages. The price ranges from $55 to $75.
