The Museum of Food and Drink (MOFAD) is reuniting with Kheedim Oh of Mama O’s Premium Kimchi for the second hands-on children’s culinary workshop in their “Food Is Culture” series. Young culinary artists will learn how simple it is to make their own kimchi and take home a bag along with them to share with family and friends. As an extra bonus, they will also receive recipes that are necessary for the future fermentation fun. It’s time for kids to get their hands dirty, but the taste of the dishes is sure to linger in their taste buds. This workshop is conducted for children between the age group 8 to 12. Two adult companions can join each child who has a ticket. Recommended age: 8-12. The workshop is $15 for kids ages 8-12, up to two adult companions free, must RSVP.
