Things To Do In San Antonio This Weekend, Sep 15th – 17th, 2017

Fright Fest

Six Flags Fiesta turns into an All Hallows Eve wonderland all September and October long with its bone chilling rides and various horrifying haunted houses. This is a Halloween attraction for the entire family, much like Sea World, and if you bring the kids, they’ll enjoy it as well, especially the trick or treat trails. If you’re looking for a little spooky Halloween family fun, then look no further! Admission is $63.99 per person, which includes regular admission.

Friday, September 15th, 2017 from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm, and Saturday & Sunday from 12:00 pm to 10:00 pm, 17000 IH-10 West, San Antonio.

Jazz’SAlive

Jazz is most certainly alive! Come on out Saturday for a swingin’ good time as you listen to some of the most talented, foremost Jazz artists of the surrounding San Antonio area. Two different stages will be alive all day long with the soulful and wonderfully complex melodies of that smooth music genre that gets your hips swinging. Not only will local artists be features, but also nationally and internationally acclaimed musicians will take the stage for a one day jazz spectacular. There’s even a Kid’s Symposium that will bring this genre alive for the little ones! This event is completely free to attend.

Bulverde Jubilee

This freedom festival may be off the radar from many the big event planning sites, but it’s definitely worth your time to check it out. The city of Bulverde is hosting a great little festival that will have some yummy foods, vendors, arts and crafts, music, and even a parade! The parade begins sharply at 11:00 am, so be sure to score your viewing spot early. This is a nice, wholesome city event that everyone in your family will enjoy. This event is free to attend.
