2017 Northern California Pirate Festival

The first and only event of its kind in the San Francisco Bay Area, the Northern California Pirate Festival is pleased to return to the Vallejo Waterfront for another year of piratical mischief and good times. Don your pirate garb and join over 500 costumed actors, crafters, and musicians at this annual fest. The festival is an equal parts Mardi Gras, state fair, living history, and pirate fan fest that appeals to children and adults alike. With four stages of continuous entertainment, rows of nautically inspired handcrafts, gourmet foods, micro-brewed beers, and ship-to-shore cannon battles. In addition to all this wonderful entertainment, visitors will encounter proper British Naval Officers and alluring mythical mermaids. Tickets to the event are priced at $12 per person.

The Dublin Community Centre will be having an outdoor screening of Secret Life of Pets at 4201 Central Pkwy, Dublin, CA, 94568 this Friday, June 16th, 2017 starting at 7:00 pm.

Join the Dublin community for free outdoor movies at Emerald Glen Park. Movies start at approximately 8:30 pm, but get there as early as 7 pm to snag the perfect spot to relax and watch the movie with your family. The movie of the night will be the Secret Life of Pets which is a wonderful animated children’s film. Bring along a few dollars for movie treats from vendors, but leave the pets at home – the only pets will be in the movie.

Off the Grid is takes place at the historic waterfront campus of Fort Mason Center. A number DJs and live music shows will be at your service while you enjoy the wonderful food trucks on offer. The event will feature a rotating lineup including food trucks, tented vendors, and food from Off the Grid’s culinary development program. Inspired by the festive night markets around the world, Off the Grid offers a host of new amenities, a fresh look & feel, as well as exciting new vendors.
