Redondo Beach Lobster Festival

This event is for lobster lovers, this year’s Lobster Festival is a rock’ n ‘roll one with food, music and a lot of fun time during the day. This waterfront festival is where you can indulge in fresh Maine lobster, plus their very own Steak and Lobster dinners, strip steak and Maine Lobster Tail. Special activities for kids include a big slide, face painting, and balloon art. Bigger kids and adults can try standup paddle and board lessons. Enjoy the live bands play all weekend. This festival is suitable for kids of age 3 and up. General admission will cost $15 for adults, $5 for youth 6-12 and $35 for a 3-day pass. VIP tickets will cost $80.

Spider Pavilion

This  one-of-a-kind Spider Pavilion exhibit offers a truly unique experience. Walk through a safe, fascinating open-air pavilion and learn about the amazing engineering that goes into each spider’s web. Explore the pavilion and walk through a maze of orb weavers and their intricate webs, and hear stories from Gallery Interpreters about these remarkable creatures as you wander around the Spider Den to see spiders in enclosed habitats. Spiders are some of the most amazing architects in the world; their silk webs can span 1 to 3 meters across. During your experience visit the Spider Den, take a look at the discovery area designed to give you a glimpse into the private lives of spiders. Peer into closed habitats that are home to tarantulas, wolf spiders, jumping spiders and more. Explore the world of these amazing arachnids only in the Spider Pavilion. General admission for will cost $17 for adults, $14 for seniors (62+) and students, $8 for children 3-12 and free for children under 2.

Mickey’s Halloween Party

What could be better than spending time with kids in their favorite spot the Disneyland transforms into Halloween heaven for the annual event, featuring a wholesome alternative to spookier holiday activities. During this special event, there are many rides relating to the Halloween theme. There are treat stations set up to provide an endless supply of candy and healthy treats to kids in costume. Fireworks will go on round out the night. Timings of the event are from 7 pm – midnight on Fridays and Saturdays, 6 pm – 11 pm. The event will be enjoyed by kids of the age 3 and up. The price ranges from $95-$120.

Museum of Ice Cream Pop-Up

The Museum of Ice Cream will be loved by kids it is specially curated by a collective of ice cream obsessed designers, artists, and friends. The highlights of the museum include a swimmable rainbow ‘sprinkle’ pool, edible balloons, an immersive chocolate room, and a collaborative massive ice cream sundae. It’s an ice cream paradise little ones can swing on an ice cream sandwich made for two, ride a seesaw on an ice cream scooper, and loads more. Tickets are available online, sign up immediately before all sell out. Street parking is available, or valet costs $6. Ideal for kids of all ages. Price per ticket for adults $29; Kids (3-12) $18, free for kids under the age 3.

LA County Fair

LA County Fair is one of LA best fair, its back with a bang this year with new things to surprise you all. It’s that time of year again to head out to Pomona and do crazy things such as watching chickens hatch eggs, bungee jump, ride a pony, cheer horse and pig races, snack on deep-fried Twinkies, pet kangaroos and ostriches, ride elephants, listen to live music, and mingle with hogs, heifers, and hares. There are more than 70 rides and attractions, making the LA Fair the largest carnival. Don’t miss the monkey business going on with Mojo, the Fair’s resident Capuchin monkey, and her animal friends. Ray Cammack Shows carnival returns with the largest midway in the nation featuring more than 70 thrilling rides and 40 fun-filled games, including a new Ferris wheel.
