Vanilla Crepes For The First Mornings Of The New Year!


Yes, I believe in staying festive all the way long until the end of January, but read on to understand my enthusiasm.

Now, the beginning of the year is always cute and promising, and people always try to keep that festive spirit a little longer, so why not make the mornings chic and tasty, and share these tasties with your closest and dearest people? Believe me, you’ll LOVE these!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 5 tablespoons melted butter

PREPARATION:

Mix together milk, egg yolks, and vanilla in a large bowl. Stir in the flour, sugar, salt, and melted butter until well blended. Bake crepes in the usual way.

Fill them with your favorite fruit, cream, caramel or even ice cream. Nutella is allowed as well 😉
