University Place Tree Lighting

About:  People will begin gathering from 4:00 pm in anticipation of the arrival of Santa on a West Pierce fire truck at 5:00 pm. There will be caroling and entertainment by dancers and UP students with festive holiday music until the tree lighting at 6:00 pm.The evening event means visitors can also enjoy the lights of Market Square, snack on Top Pot Doughnuts and Hometown Dogs,and stay warm around the outdoor fireplace.

When: Saturday December 1 from 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm, lights remain on for the rest of the festive season.

Bothell Country Village Tree Lighting

About: Besides the beautiful twinkling lights, caroling and live reindeer, Santa will be arriving at 7:00 pm to formally light the tree for the season. Get there early as from 4:00 pm you can get complimentary hot roasted organic chestnuts, sponsored by PCC Natural Markets for as long as the supplies last. There will also be a gingerbread house display and Santa will be giving away candy canes.
