10 kid friendly fountains in Houston

Water is always fun for kids during the summer. Whether it is a lake, sea or just a simple fountain – kids simply love it! Here are 10 kids-friendly fountains in Houston that you and your kid should explore this summer:

Gateway Fountains

Situated in Downtown Houston (Discovery Green to be more precise), this place is the favorite spot of many kids during the summer. The jet of the fountains streams up to 14 feet and kids are encouraged to get into the fountain and play with the water as much as their heart wants. There are public restrooms available so do not worry if your kid gets completely soaked, just take new clothes before you leave your home because there is a place where they can get changed after the fun is done!
