This team started artisan ice cream in 2007 before it was ‘cool’. From shopping farmers markets in the day to trying new flavors and recipes at night, they made it all happen and have won accolades for the quality of their ice cream and sorbets, using fresh seasonal produce and eschewing artificial additives. Try the salted caramel, fresh mint, and brown sugar vanilla bean for a taste sensation. They have Rose Petal ice cream made with rosewater and red rose petal, a Raspberry Rose sorbet, and Cantaloupe sorbet, which are summer treats. Then for fall imagine the roasted sweet potato in butter and spices with handmade vanilla marshmallows all combined into a delicious ice cream. The pear and champagne sorbet is a lovely grown up taste for winter. Remember flavors are seasonal, and all flavors may not be at all locations.
