Times: For the younger kids the zoo camp only lasts for a morning or afternoon but from grades 1 through 7 it’s a full day of fun from 9 am to 4 pm.

If you are concerned about the fate of animal species and the kids enjoy being near animals then the SF Zoo program is excellent for youngsters. They will learn about the purpose of zoos; have some hands-on experience with animal care, wellness, and enrichment and participate in conservation projects. Older children will be exposed to the various possibilities of zoo careers. Each summer camp is specifically graded providing age-appropriate activities to ensure a well-rounded experience.
