New York City FIRST Competition & Expo

16th Anniversary New York City FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology) Competition & Expo will be held at the Jacob Javits Convention Center, 655 West 34th Street, New York 10001 on Saturday, March 12, 2016 and Sunday, March 13 13, 2016 from  9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The robotic competition  brings New York City FIRST along with 200 robotics team from Turkey, Netherland, United Kingdoms, China, Brazil, Ecuador and New York Tri-State area. The Expo brings FIRST Robotics Competition, FIRST Tech Challenge and FIRST LEGO League robotic  under one roof.

New York City FIRST LEGO League Championship will happen on Saturday, March 12, 2016, and New York City FIRST LEGO League Jr. Expo on Saturday, March 12, 2016. These events will bring 80 middle school team from amid 190 teams of technology innovators across the borough to participate in the championship.  Kids can explore the world of Biomedical engineering and watch the qualifying tournament.

New York City FIRST Science and Technology College and Career Expo on Friday, March 11, 2016, to  Sunday, March 13, 2016, offer 40 plus exhibitors, colleges, and university. The event will offer scholarship and major corporations will advise the students about a career in science and technology. Bring your kids to this sport-like tournament, let them watch the teams compete to win the competition. The event is free and open to all.
