Hidden Chicago Kid’s Friendly Fountains

Buckingham Fountain

Buckingham Fountain is another popular landmark of Chicago which was built long before Crown Fountains was built, in 1927. What makes this fountain so special is the fact that it is one of the largest fountains in the world and was inspired by Latona Fountain at the Palace of Versailles. Residing in Grand Park, the fountain has four sets of sea horses that kids are simply in love with! In fact, its fancy design is actually what attracts kids the most to this fountain, as for adults there is also a free Wi-Fi offering you a chance to take a pic of your kid in front of Buckingham Fountain and post it on your social media right away!
