It looks now like the Spring is just around the corner. So, when I woke up this morning and felt the Sun warmth on my skin, I decided to make something springish/summerish…and here we go!


  • 22 crushed golden Oreos
  • ½ stick (4 oz) butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 6 oz frozen pink lemonade concentrate (thawed)
  • 8 oz whipped cream
  • red or pink food coloring


Prepare pan 8X8 inches by covering it with parchment paper. Mix together crushed Oreos and butter. You have to nicely press this mixture on the bottom of the pan.

In the bowl (the one that comes with standing mixer, on example) beat the softened cream cheese for 1-2 minutes so it’s fluffy and smooth. Then add the sweetened milk, pink lemonade concentrate, and the food coloring. Mix well then add whipped cream. When you get the even mixture, pour it over the pressed crust and refrigerate for about 5 hours, or until it’s nicely chilled. Then cut into the squares and serve.

If you prefer, you can add fresh fruits between the crust and filling.

Refrigerate the leftovers.
