Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden

With over 66 acres of finely manicured grounds, the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden provide breathtaking views for residents and tourists year-round. The arboretum is a series of gardens and fountains with a view of the lake and downtown skyline. Today, 19 gardens and numerous areas within combine to create one of the premier Dallas landmarks. The vibrant color displays in these gardens engage visitors of all ages throughout the seasons. The flower gardens include A Woman’s Garden, Boswell Family Garden, The Lyda Bunker Hunt Paseo de Flores, The Martha Brooks Camellia Garden, DeGolyer Gardens, Rose Mary Haggar Rose Garden, Lay Family Garden and many more.

Texas Discovery Gardens

Texas Discovery Gardens’ 7.5 acres offer a wonderful diversity of garden styles and botanical collections. The Gardens feature native plants and plant species from other regions of the world that are adapted to the challenging climate and soils of North Texas. Plants are also selected for  their benefits in providing habitat for native wildlife, including butterflies, bugs, and birds. The Gardens are maintained using sustainable methods that conserve water and help to protect the environment. The admission fees are $10 per adult and $5 per child.
