Summer means a lot of things, not the least of which is firefly season! If you happen to love watching the world’s most relaxing insect light up the fields at night, then we suggest that you head over to Glacier Ridge this Friday evening to learn about fireflies and try to catch them on a 1-mile hike! Kids are welcome to bring their own bug jars and nets to try to catch some, and the bugs will be released at the end of the program back to nature. As a precaution, please wear tick prevention on your clothing. This event is free to attend.
