We’re forgetting Christmas for a minute down at the Museum of Natural Science as we enjoy some macabre exhibits that feature natural death in all of its forms! The Death by Natural Causes exhibit showcases the range of “animal, vegetable, and mineral” dangers that lurk in everyday lives as you explore a collection of specimens, text and interactives, and other information that show you how death occurs in the natural world. You’ll see poisonous, venomous and toxins that come from mushrooms, snakes, spiders and even common foods. They’ll bust old wives tales and urban myths, and you’ll navigate through five general areas filled with rich graphics, compelling visuals and surprising specimens. Admission is $30.00 for ages 12 and up; $20.00 for ages 3 to 11; $20.00 for ages 62 and up. You can find discounted $17.00 tickets available for most dates.
