The Workshops gives your little curious kids an opportunity to learn from the experts and try their own hands at various projects. The large green buds covered with sharp spines can look a bit intimidating but turns out they’re delicious. They’re also the state vegetable of California. Kids will learn the lore of the artichoke and how to prepare and enjoy them in this cooking workshop with Chef. Ernest Miller. The workshop is recommended for kids ages 7 and up. Fee includes one accompanying adult and will cost $30 for members and $40 for non-members.
