California Lemon Festival

Come join the weekend of family fun, food, and entertainment at the California Lemon Festival. Lemon Festival has been the biggest celebration in the Goleta area and it keeps getting better each year. You’ll find wonderful food, a fantastic family atmosphere, and variety of entertainment and activities that have made this the most anticipated event in the Goleta Valley. The festival will also feature Goleta Fall Classic Car, Street Rod Show, pie-eating contests, and the arts and crafts vendors. The California Lemon Festival has always been a fun and exciting event for kids of all ages, kids can enjoy rides and games such as mini golf, pony ride and lots of bounce houses. Activities include Euro bungee, rock wall, moon shot game, laser tag, obstacle course, pirate cove obstacle, toddler jump, interactive castle, bubble fun, slot car, interactive log rides and much much more. Free admission, wristband will cost $30.

The 26th Annual California Lemon Festival will be taking place at Santa Barbara County, Girsh Park, Santa Felicia Drive and Phelps Road, Goleta, CA on Saturday, September 16th, 2017 and Sunday, September 17th, 2017 from 10 am to 5:00 pm.

Junior Chef Classes: Pancake Party

Williams-Sonoma offers free baking classes. Kids can learn to make delicious recipes, from main courses to desserts and snacks, with plenty of tasting along the way. Kids cook some pancakes! They’ll show you everything you need to know so you can make tasty pancakes for your family and friends, served with your favorite toppings. Pancake for breakfast is always an awesome idea. All of the proceeds from this class will be donated to No Kid Hungry as they work to end childhood hunger in America. This cooking class is suitable for ages 8-13 and will cost $5 per child.

Junior Chef Classes: Pancake Party  will be taking place at Williams-Sonoma, Sherman Oaks Fashion Square:14006 Riverside Drive, Sherman Oaks, California 91423 (ALL LOCATION) on Saturday, September 16th, 2017 at 10:00 am.

LA County Fair

LA County Fair is one of LA best fair, its back with a bang this year with new things to surprise you all. New this year is The Taylor Swift Experience presented by The GRAMMY Museum, Esports Gaming World, Wonderland: A Floral Fairy Tale, Art Classic and more. The Farm at Fairplex is the No. 1 attraction at the LA County Fair, you can spot Farm animals like cute goats, chickens, pigs and cows, the Little Red Barn will feature miniature animals. Don’t miss the monkey business going on with Mojo, the Fair’s resident Capuchin monkey, and her animal friends. Ray Cammack Shows carnival returns with the largest midway in the nation featuring more than 70 thrilling rides and 40 fun-filled games, including a new Ferris wheel. Dare to indulge from an array of food, Deep-fried, finger licking good food. Tickets for single day (weekends) admission will cost $20 for an adult (ages 13-59), $12 for children (6-12), and $15 for seniors. Weekdays admission will cost $14 for adults,  $8 for children, $10 for seniors, and free for kids under 5.

Rosh Hashanah Festival

Families with kids of all ages are welcome to celebrate Rosh Hashanah at the Zimmer and join the day of reflection and celebration as they welcome a new year. Kids will be involved in making paper shofars, stamping apples and printing honey hives for a sweet new year. Admission will cost $7.50 for adults and children 1-17.

Rosh Hashanah Festival will be celebrated at Zimmer Children’s Museum, 6505 Wilshire Boulevard #100, Los Angeles, CA 90048 on Sunday, September 17th, 2017 from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

Grandparents Week at Noah’s Ark

Celebrate National Grandparents Day with a voyage aboard Noah’s Ark. Visit the Noah’s Ark at the Skirball on this special day. Noah’s Ark is a permanent, award-winning children’s and family destination. Your grandchild can play, climb, build, explore, make believe, and make friends all while exploring a floor-to-ceiling wooden ark, filled to the rafters with whimsical animals. Kids can bring their grandparents, or great-aunts and great-uncles for free when they buy you a Noah’s Ark ticket. Tickets will cost $9 for seniors and students, $12 for general tickets and $7 for children 2-12.
