The Faire is a rollicking romp through Elizabethan England, set within the Majestic Groves of Sterling Forest. Travel back in time to an age of adventure! Join Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth I on a grand visit to a beautiful 16th century English village. Cheer your favorite knight at the Joust Tournament. Meet Robin Hood and his Merry Band. Feast on savory sweets and tempting treats. See amazing acrobats, magical fairies, swashbuckling pirates, and more! Play a game of skill or chance. Stroll our quaint village as the music of the Renaissance surrounds you. Shop our Marketplace, featuring over 100 Artisans offering the finest in handmade wares. Kids’ Quest – Join the Fairies! Brave and imaginative children are invited on an interactive fantasy adventure! This weekend is Masquerade Weekend (September 28 and 29, 2019).  Masquerade Weekend – Discover the hidden you! Join in the mystery, romance, and pageantry of a true European tradition – our 5th Annual Masquerade Weekend! The Masquerade will keep your secrets until you divulge your identity! Masquerade Ball– Who shall you dance with? Guests are invited to the Chessboard to dance and make merry to live music. Masquerade Costume– Contest Show off your fabulous finery and mysterious masques! Winners receive a gift card for merchandise at the Renaissance Collection Souvenir Shop.NEW! Kids’ Mask Making – Let your creativity shine! Children ages 12 and under are invited to make their own masks at the Guardians of Sterling Garden. Saturday and Sunday, 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. Recommended for children ages 12 and under.
