The fun intensifies this weekend at the fair so make sure the little ones don’t miss out at
The Washington State Fair will this weekend feature the biggest family event with unlimited kids’ activities, lots of food, exhibits, contests, farm animals, agriculture fun activities, home arts, and unbelievable rides; the list is endless. The must visit stands this weekend include just to name a few: The farm at Sillyville which is a great chance for families and kids to learn more about Washington’s farming story, food, and its agriculture industry. The Farm at Sillyville provides a “farmer for a day” hands-on experience as kids have the opportunity to be part of the farming process and get rewarded with nutritious food products. The next stop for the kids should be Discover the Dinosaurs exhibits which will be featuring numerous life-like anatomical dinosaurs moving around. Sign up your competitive kiddo from ages 4-7 to Mutton Busting contest (imitating bull riding) and see how long they can last riding a sheep. Also get to enjoy Speedy the family style coaster. Parents and toddlers have an opportunity to create memories beside each other. In the evening get to enjoy music from an array of performers and be part of the star-studded pre-show parties. The fair prices are free for kids age 5 and below, $14 for ages 13 to 61 and $11 for ages 6-12 & seniors (62+). There are additional fees for concerts and rodeo.
