The 2nd Annual WALK for GRACE followed by an Easter Egg Festival including bouncy houses, live DJ, games, raffles, arts and crafts stations, face painting and tattoos, pony rides ($3), food vendors, a visit from the Easter Bunny and an Easter Egg Hunt with over 10,000 eggs! Immediately following the Walk, a Spring Festival will be set up on the grounds, with one of Staten Island’s largest Easter Egg Hunts hosted by Staten Island Pediatric Dentistry. The festival will include rides, games, raffles, arts and crafts, pony rides, food, a visit with the Easter Bunny and an Easter Egg Hunt featuring over 10,000 eggs! The Walk for GRACE, hosted by St. John’s University, brings our community together to raise money for The Grace Foundation’s programs and services for children/teens/young adults living with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The day begins with registration at 9:00 a.m. – Walkers will sign up and submit their registration forms. There will be breakfast for all walkers, a sponsored t-shirt and a performance by GRACE-ful Glee. They encourage you to form teams, walk with a friend or even by yourself… Just walk! Along the way, there will be giveaways and goody bags. The Walk for GRACE will kick off at 10:30 on the grounds of St. John’s University and the more laps you walk, the more money you raise. So let’s all work together with teamwork…and raise money for GRACE. Costs $ 10 for kids ages 0-3; $ 20 for kids ages 4 and up.
