Think, Play, Create
Studies show that incorporating art into playing time during a child’s formative years helps develop creativity. New Children’s Museum hosts a free toddler program based on this idea and other holistic concepts. The museum believes in the importance of taking care of a child’s physical and mental wellbeing. They hold sessions on creative storytelling, art exercises, and socializing through music and other forms. Friday’s program focuses on making art, specifically on finger painting. Afterward, kids are free to play with food sculptures in wobbleland.
