The Queen Mary Champagne Brunch has become a Mother’s Day tradition that takes visitors on a global culinary adventure with over 50 unique dishes. Traditional western breakfast fare, like made-to-order omelets, pancakes, eggs benedict and homemade hash, is complemented by food from the southwest like carne asada tacos, or Asian style ribs.
