Instead of the usual brunch at the eatery round the corner we have chosen visually stunning places to enjoy a meal and lots of super exciting things for mom to do this Mother’s Day that will give her bragging rights for a year! Make sure you document the events. Let her drive or ride along in a real Nascar on the speedway, go hot air ballooning at sunrise, learn the art of boxing, create her own glass paperweight, take a hike in the mountains, share kisses with dolphins, and lots more.
The decidedly decadent buffet brunch is held under the pecan trees in The Grove and has received national recognition from USA Today for the combination of the setting and the food. There are various time slots for brunch – starting from 8:30 am, with the last seating at 11.30 am. Menu items include salads, omelets, grilled herb chicken, slow braised shredded beef short ribs, creamy mac and cheese, a selection of pastries, pecan French toast and various juices. White wine and champagne are available for purchase.
When: Sunday, May 13 from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm
Cost: $59.95 for adults, $29.95 for children 5-10 years, and children 4 and under eat free.
