#1 – Dallas Zoo

The Dallas Zoo is approximately 106 acres large and located only 3 miles from downtown Dallas, Texas. This zoo was established in 1888, and has been a hit ever since; in fact, it is one of the oldest zoos in the United States. The cost for an adult ticket is $15.00, children and seniors’ tickets cost $12.00, and children under the age of two get in free. Parking is an extra $10.00; although, keep in mind that Dallas Zoo members get free parking and free admission. You’ll have a good time exploring each of the different exhibits whether you’re a full-grown adult, or a child. All ages are welcomed and encouraged to participate in activities.

#2 – Dallas World Aquarium

The Dallas World Aquarium features a variety of animals and species in their Aquarium, all suitable for children and adults. An adult ticket for admission will cost you $20.95 + tax, a senior citizens’ ticket costs $16.95 + tax, and a children’s ticket costs $14.95 + tax. Children under two years of age get in for free.
